Main Composition and Content

The content of inactivated A. paragallinarum (A) C-Apg-8 (strain CVCC254) , inactivated A. paragallinarum (B) strain Apg-BJ05 and inactivated A. paragallinarum (C) strain Apg-668 ( CVCC256 ) is 6.0*108.0 CFU/mL, 10.0* 108.0 CFU/mL, and 8.0* 108.0 CFU/mL, respectively.

 

Description

Milky white emulsion.

 

Action and Use

For the prevention of infectious coryza of chickens caused by A. paragallinarum (A, B, and C). The duration of immunity is 9 months after second immunization.

 

Administration and Dosage

For healthy chickens older than 42 days of age, intramuscular injection into breast, 0.5mL per bird. Secondary immunization is recommended at about 110 days of age, with a dose of 0.5mL per bird.

 

Precaution

1. Inoculate healthy chickens only. It is forbidden to use in chickens in abnormal health.

2. Instruments for injection should be sterilized. Needles should be changed in time for vaccination, preferably a new needle for each chicken.

3. This vaccine should not be frozen or warmed.

4. Allow the bottle to room temperature and shake well before use.

5. After opening, the vaccine should be used on the same day only.

6. It is forbidden to use within 28 days before slaughter.

7. Hazardless processing should be conducted for used vaccine bottles, instruments and remaining vaccines.
