Main Composition and Content

The content of infectious bursal disease virus strain B87 is at least 103.0TCID50/dose. The content of infectious bursal disease virus strain CA is  103.0TCID50; The content of infectious bursal disease virus strain CF is 102.0ELD50.

 

Description

Pale red spongy loose clumps, easy to detach from the vial wall, quickly dissolve after the addition of diluent.

 

Action and Use

For the prevention of infectious bursal disease of chickens.

 

Administration and Dosage

Given by nose/eye drops or in drinking water. It is suitable for chicks of all breeds. According to the maternal antibody level, vaccinate at 7-21 days of age. According to the labeled dose, dilute the vaccine with sterilized saline. For intranasal or intraocular administration, 1 drop (about 0.03mL) per bird. For drinking water vaccination, the amount of drinking water depends on the age of the chickens. For chicks at 7-10 days of age, the amount of drinking water should be 5-10mL per bird. For chicks at 10-21 days of age, 10-20mL per bird. Make sure the vaccine is consumed within 2 hours.

 

Precaution

1. Inoculate healthy chickens only.

2. The vaccine should be kept in a cool dark place after diluted and used completely within 2 hours.

3. During drinking water vaccination, the water should be clean and contain no chlorine and other disinfectants. Do not use metal containers.

4. Water should be withheld from chickens for at least 4 hours according to the area, season, feed, etc. The water tanks should be kept in a cool place, away from sunlight.

5. Prevent the spread of virus. Hazardless processing should be conducted for used vaccine bottles, instruments and remaining vaccines.
