Main Composition and Content

Inactivated Newcastle disease virus strain La Sota at least 4×10^8.0 EID₅₀/0.1ml before inactivation

Infectious bronchitis virus strain M41 at least 4×10^6.0 EID₅₀/0.1ml before inactivation

Avian influenza virus (subtype H9) strain SZ at least 4×10^8.0 EID₅₀/0.1ml before inactivation.

Infectious bursal disease virus VP2 AGP titer at least 1:64

Appearance

Milky white uniform emulsion.

Indication

For the prevention of Newcastle disease, infectious bronchitis, avian influenza (subtype H9), and infectious bursal disease of chickens.

For chickens aged 7-14 days, the duration of immunity is 4 months.

For chickens aged over 14 days, the duration of immunity is 6 months.

Administration and Dosage

Subcutaneous or intramuscular injection.

For chickens aged 7-14 days, 0.3ml per bird.

For chickens aged over 14 days, 0.5ml per bird.

Precautions

1. Before the vaccination or at the same time, immunize the chickens with infectious bronchitis live vaccineas the basic immunization;
2. Do not freeze the vaccine;
3. Vaccinateonly healthy chickens;
4. Restore the vaccine to room temperature and shake it well before use;
5. Do not administerany vaccine with any discoloration, demulsification, leakage, and impurities;
6. Once the vaccine is unsealed, use it up as soon as possible (within 24 hours);
7. Forbid to administerthe vaccine within 28 days before slaughter;
8. Treat the used vaccine bottles, equipment, and the unspent vaccine harmlessly.
