Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome (PRRS) Vaccine, Inactivated (Strain CH-1α) is designed to prevent PRRS, also known as “blue ear disease” in pigs. This vaccine provides immunity for up to 6 months and is suitable for pregnant sows, breeding boars, and piglets. Administered intramuscularly, sows and boars receive two initial doses 20 days apart, with boosters every 6 months. Piglets are vaccinated once at 21 days old.

Main Composition and content
Inactivated porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) strain CH-1α at least 108.5 TCID50/dose before inactivation.
Appearance
Milky white uniform emulsion.
Indication
For the prevention of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (commonly known as: blue ear disease of porcine). The duration of immunity is 6 months.
Administration and Dosage
Intramuscular injection.
For pregnant sows: the first inoculation within 40 days of pregnancy, the second inoculation at the interval of 20 days, boost every 6 months, all at 4 ml per head.
For breeding boars, the first inoculation at the same time with the sows, the second inoculation at the interval of 20 days, boost every 6 months, all at 4ml per head.
For piglets: only one inoculation at the age of 21 days, 2 ml per head.
